Customer owned equipment: Sunrise does not warrantee any part of a broadband or network system provided by customer. Normal labor warrantee for parts installed by Sunrise is 30 days from installation. Sunrise provided equipment: All hardware purchased from Sunrise is covered with a 1 year
over-the-counter replacement warranty. Sunrise will replace any defective antenna/radio system, router or cables under normal circumstances during the warranty period. Abuse, obvious damage or applying incorrect power voltage will void any parts or service warranty. Parts and labor to replace items not under warranty will be billed at our standard rates. |
